Craving Something New? Something Experimental?

We’ve tapped 2 5gal kegs of experimental beers that Porter has been playing around with.

Come in and check out our Double Dry-Hopped Belgian XPA. Using our Smog City XPA as the base beer Porter allowed this single keg to ferment with a Belgian yeast.

The second experimental beer is called ALT.Tripel. The Third Nipple Tripel is the base beer and Porter again allowed this keg to ferment with a new Belgian yeast strain, the result is a more rustic, farmhouse-like character than the Third Nipple Tripel.

We highly recommend trying samples of both experimental beers side by side with their original beers to see how a single shift in the brewing/fermenting process can change the ultimate character of the beer.
